Return policy
- We are happy to accept returns and refund items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. We charge a return fee of €7,00 (Voluntary refund) that will be deducted from your refund.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

- If the goods are damaged when delivered, you can get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to send us some pics of the defects and then, once approved, we'll handle the return process free to cost. In this case the Involuntary return process can be applied only.
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please get in touch with us to return your unwanted item and place a new order. In this case, the Voluntary return process can be applied and it has an extra fee cost of €7,00 which is written in our Terms & Conditions (see here).
- If your refund is accepted, we will refund (partially or entirely) the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void, and the item/s will be sent back to you.
- If the return is for Voluntary or Involuntary reason, in any case you have to get in touch with us via mail to info@influenceritalia.com or through our contact form within 14 days after receiving your order. The return, once approved, will be handled by our commercial department and our courier will come to pick it up to at your given address.
- Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 workdays.
- We are not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake.
- In any case, the return process is handled by us and our courier will be in charge to pick it up to your address. Please do not send any item to our warehouse directly.
